The Centre for Shaiva Studies, Pondicherry, is pleased to announce the publication of Kāmikāgama, Volume I, the inaugural volume in the Vedapurishaivashastra Series. This series is dedicated to the critical editing the foundational Śaiva scriptural texts from manuscripts. This volume has been critically edited by Dr. T. Ganesan, one of the foremost scholars of Śaivism and the Academic Director of the Centre for Shaiva Studies.

The Kāmikāgama occupies a central position within the Śaiva Siddhānta Āgamic corpus, and this volume marks an important step in making these primary sources available in a reliable and carefully edited form for scholars, students, and practitioners alike.

Copies of Kāmikāgama, Volume I, are currently available directly through the Centre. Interested readers may write to Dr. Ganesan at ganesan@shaivastudies.in to obtain copies. The book is priced at ₹650, with a subsidized price of ₹500 available for scholars and students.

The volume will shortly be available for online purchase through Amazon and other major platforms. The Centre is also happy to announce that the next volume in the Vedapurishaivashastra Series is in preparation and is expected to be published later this year.
